Nova is one of two males from our inaugural breeding. He exemplifies the breed standard with his strong drive, focus, and eagerness to please—hallmark traits of the Golden Retriever temperament. Nova’s show career began with outstanding success, earning Best in Show Baby Puppy at under six months of age. He continued to impress at his next event, where he was awarded Best of Opposite over Selects in his first official show after finishing his Baby Puppy class. (4 to 6 months). Multiple Best of Breed selections.
In 2025 Nova finished both his Canadian Championship and Grand Championship and is working towards the Bronze level in 2026.
In 2023 Nova was awarded Best Baby Puppy of the Year by both the Alberta and Canadian Golden Retriever Clubs.
Structurally, Nova demonstrates excellent balance, sound movement, and a strong topline, complemented by a classic, expressive head. He carries a pedigree that blends outstanding conformation with proven working ability, reflecting the dual-purpose nature of the breed.
Currently, Nova is in training for agility, obedience, and tracking events, where his enthusiasm and trainability continue to shine. We look forward to watching him develop and contribute to our program in the years ahead.

We added Henna to our breeding program in 2025 from the highly respected Verdoro Goldens, a distinguished breeder recognized for excellence in Golden Retrievers since 1983.
Verdoro Goldens is owned and operated by a life member of the Canadian Kennel Club and a longtime member of both the Golden Retriever Club of Alberta and the Golden Retriever Club of America.
Their breeding program has consistently produced Canadian Best in Show and Best in Specialty winners on both sides of the border, reflecting a proven dedication to superior structure, sound temperament, and breed integrity.
Henna brings exceptional pedigree, balance, and temperament to our program. She embodies the classic Golden Retriever qualities—intelligent, athletic, and affectionate—and represents the strong foundation on which we continue to build our future generations.
Rhinestone is looking forward to breeding Henna in the spring of 2026.

Token joined our program from the highly respected Gold'C'ker Kennel, proud Lifetime Members and CKC Master Breeders with over 40 years of dedication to the Golden Retriever breed.
Gold'C'ker maintains active membership in the Golden Retriever Club of America (GRCA), the Golden Retriever Club of Canada (GRCC), and several local breed and training clubs. Their breeding philosophy emphasizes health, temperament, and longevity — all hallmarks of the true Golden Retriever.
Each of their dogs is carefully screened and certified clear of genetic health concerns, with equal attention given to producing sound temperaments and the classic Golden Retriever desire to please. Gold'C'ker’s thoughtful, purpose-driven approach to breeding is evident in the quality of their dogs.
Rhinestone is fortunate to have Token to start our breeding program — she produced outstanding offspring, including our boy Nova, who continues her legacy of beauty, balance, and working ability.
